Misleading Subways, 2022

The project represents an attempt to subvert the perception of a space (in this instance a pedestrian subway, chosen for its dark and oppressive characteristics, a space you walk through in a hurry often without even consider its essence) through the simple technique of superimposing structurally and aesthetically similar architectural elements whose juxtaposition creates new dynamics also in relation to the possible access and exit routes, accentuating the sensation of disquiet intrinsic to it.
